The CAAS was formed during 1987 and from the very beginning of its formation it has participated successfully with a number of AOTS program in Japan sending a number of trainees. CAAS keeps on undertaking different programs for the development of human resources of both public and privet enterprises of Chittagong since its inception. This has been undertaking different programs for the development of human resources with the active support and financial assistance of the AOTS-HIDA.

CAAS undertakes different programs nominating and sending executives / entrepreneurs to HIDA, Japan for training on Japan Management Techniques, Industrial Development, Corporate leadership, Green Productivity etc.

Besides, CAAS keeps on organizing number of seminar, workshop on Japan Management Techniques, TQM, QC Circle, 5S, Kaizan etc. for all scale of technical and non technical executives of manufacturing and service oriented public and privet enterprises of Bangladesh.
